We loved hotel's staff and location. Comfy furniture in the suite added to the cosiness. Besides, we parked our car on-site. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Nothing beats being in Charlotte House. Comfortable bed, helpful staff, excellent location. We loved our coffee with goodies at The Old Bakery Restaurant.

It had PERFECT staff and location. The place is 1 km away from Lincoln downtown. Plenty of options for breakfast in the cafe. You got attractive and competitive value for money.

Magnificent location and unbeatable prices. Good sized room. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like the bronze pig that was only 5 minutes' walk away:)))
